As the end of the evening, and the end of the week wind down, we often find ourselves scrambling to tie up loose ends, and fretting over the things that we didn't get to. Archangel Michael wants us all to know that baby steps is where it's at. Rome wasn't conquered in a day. Don't put too much pressure on yourself. And remember that the deadlines we set for ourselves, are frankly, often unrealistic. He wants us to know that taking one step each day in the direction of your goal Is Enough. It is. So, go with that. And to make things even more pleasant for yourself (and those around you!), don't pile anymore than that upon yourself. You can do it. You are doing it. Keep up the good work. And remember that adequate rest, relaxation, and play time are essential ingredients to a successful life. However you move forward, please don't let stress or doubt sabotage your dreams by freezing you into inaction (read here for more on shifting doubtful thoughts).
