Good Morning Friends!
Doesn't the onset of spring naturally hearald the urge to purge? I find myself thinking about switching my beverages to water with lemon, naturally moving toward a lighter diet, and of course the pull to spend more time outdoors becomes irresistible.
Spring is the perfect time to let less-than-healthy habits go, to perhaps do an internal cleanse of your body (which also has excellent effects on your mind, emotions, and spirit, too), aaaand to perform some serious spring cleaning, and shedding of the old within your home environment, as well.
Consider the plant kingdom at the end of winter. Though their matter above the earth is no longer provides them nourishment in the winter, the old growth from the previous summer does provide some protection for the plant resting beneath the ground. But now, the plants are beginning to wake from their long, protected, comfy slumber, and they are gearing up to shed those old brown coats, to allow their new growth to rise and shine. Allow yourself the same. Consider what small, positive alterations to your daily routine you can make to allow for your own new growth. Remember, as with all of life, it is a process, so don't stress it! But, allow your life to gently bend and flux to the crisp, clean, new energy of spring.
This same fresh new, cleansing energy permeates our lives at other times of the year, for instance, as we align with our hearts, as we awaken or increase our connection to Spirit, as we embark on a new career, or begin an exciting new relationship. If you quiet your mind and listen, your body and spirit will direct you toward making choices that support and increase this vibration of clarity and expansion.

You are becoming increasingly sensitive. Avoid harsh relationships, environments, situations, and chemicals.
Message from White Tara: "As you've purified your inner world of thoughts, actions, and intentions, it's natural that you seek purity in your outer world as well. This is to acknowledge your heightened sensitivity, which is as real as it seems! Now you're on the path of ascension, which calls for your heightened awareness. And with this awareness comes new levels of sensitivity tothe impure and harsh.
